Return Policy and Claims

We make every effort to ship quality merchandise without defect. If you do encounter a problem with your order, contact Customer Service at 1-800-551-LION M-F 8am –5pm EST within 72 hours of receipt.  In addition, please note the following.

  • All claims, credits and returns must have prior authorization from the Lion Customer Service department. 
  • Return authorizations are valid for 30 days.  
  • Returned or refused merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee and all merchandise must be returned in original packaging and be of resalable condition. 
  • Customer will be responsible for the cost of freight when voluntarily returning merchandise.
  • No returns will be accepted for closeout, discontinued, or obsolete items.
