Shipping

 

Unless otherwise specified, shipping will be via Fed Ex Ground  Service within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed. Freight will be prepaid and added to the invoice.  We ship only within the continental United States.  We take great care to pack and ship your order in excellent condition.  However, in case of loss or damage, the responsibility for delivering the package in that same condition is accepted by the freight carrier and you must immediately file a claim with the carrier.

 

Return Policy and Claims

We make every effort to ship first quality products without defect and complete.  If you do encounter a problem with your order, contact customer service within 72 hours of receipt.  All returns must have prior authorization from the Lion Customer Service department 1-800-551-LION (5466), M-F 8am –6pm EST.   Merchandise refused or returned without authorization will be subject up to a 20% restocking fee and all products must be returned in original packaging and be of resalable condition.  Customer will be responsible for the cost of freight if voluntarily returning merchandise.

 

Backorders

Unless otherwise specified, items are subject to backorder and ship without notification. We reserve the right to cancel backorders under $25.
